Our systems have the option in programming to monitor the phone line. When the phone line is cut the system can sound a siren, make a noise at the keypad, or activate a cellular back up unit where cellular is available. Most alarm companies make each panel they monitor have the same number for easier service. We use that number to access your system and reprogram it, then change it to a random number that we give you.
